Once we receive a recall from a Manufacture, we will determine if we carry any of the recall products. If we do carry the affected product we will remove it from our inventory and determine if the affected product has been sold.
In the event that the recall product has been sold, we will try to contact all customers who might have bought the product. We will notify them of the recall by e-mail or by phone.
We will provide a refund or replacement of the product, and free shipping will be credited for the return of the recall product.
All returns of a recalled product, will be stored in an isolated area and shipped to the manufacture.
